Flat Wall Panel — Capri Beige Travertine
Capri Beige Travertine is our warmest stone finish — a soft greige-beige travertine effect with the fine linear striations of a vein-cut slab and the characteristic open pitting of natural travertine. It is the finish for people who find marble a little cold.
Vein-cut, not cross-cut
Travertine can be sawn two ways, and it matters. Cross-cut travertine gives you clouds and rosettes; vein-cut gives you long, quiet horizontal striations. Capri Beige is vein-cut, and that linear grain is what makes it work at wall scale — it draws the eye along the wall rather than holding it in one spot, which visually widens a room. The subtle pitting reads as genuine stone at arm's length, where a flatter print would give itself away.
The most forgiving finish in the range
If you are nervous about committing a whole room to a patterned surface, start here. The warm neutral tone sits happily with oak, walnut, brass, black metalwork, cream, sage and off-white — there is very little it clashes with. It is the finish we recommend most often to customers who are cladding a room they will still be living with in ten years.

Where Capri Beige Travertine works best
Bathrooms and en suites are its natural home — travertine reads as a spa material, and unlike the real thing this panel is 100% waterproof and needs no sealing. It is equally good as a warm whole-room treatment in bedrooms and living rooms, as a hallway lining, and behind a bath or basin run. In commercial work it suits treatment rooms, spas, yoga studios and hotel bathrooms, where the warmth does more for skin tones than a grey stone would.
Installation
Panels bond directly to a flat, dry substrate with high-grab construction adhesive (CT1 or similar). No battens, no sealing, no grout. Cut with a fine-tooth blade or a sharp knife and straight edge. Keep the striations running the same way across the wall — the grain is directional, and one panel fixed upside down is noticeable once the light hits it.
