Shipping policy

 

UK Deliveries

All mainland orders are delivered FREE in the UK with Express Couriers. 

UK Deliveries will arrive within 1-3 working days by either Parcelforce, DX or one of our dedicated pallet networks. 

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, typically have a delivery time of 4-6 days after purchase.

Samples will arrive within  24/48 hours via Royal Mail.  If you are not available, a card will be left and you will need to collect your order from your local post office. 

Please note, dispatch is when your order is collected by the courier, not when it arrives at your door. 

Any discount codes cannot be used in locations outside of the UK, including NI / Scottish Highlands & Islands

Highlands & Islands

All orders are subject to a minimum £39 carriage charge for these delivery areas. We will contact you for Payment if you place an order from the Scottish Highlands / surrounding Islands 

We reserve the right to cancel any order to these destinations

Track Your Order

We send you a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order with the courier by logging into your account. 

 

Returns

Please note that we adhere to a standard 28-day returns policy. This means that you will have 14 days from the receipt of the shipment to request a return or exchange. Once the return or exchange request has been accepted, you have a further 14 days to return the order to us. 
 
 

Cancellations / Amendments 

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have entered the shipping process: 

  • Order cancellations must be made in writing to returns@woodpanelco.co.uk by 5pm on the date of order for all in stock items. This is because all in stock items are typically dispatched on the next working day. 
  • Requests received after 5pm on weekdays or over a weekend will not be reviewed until the next working day. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend or cancel your order before it enters the shipping process.  
  • You can still return your order for refund once delivered utilising our standard 28 day return policy.
